- By providing an individual service, we are able to offer our buyers the ability to tailor the scheme for their home, provided a buyer is found at the initial stages of the design and build process. Changes would be subject to the relevant planning permission and building regulations.
- Our commitment to our buyers is not finished when the house is handed over as we will continue to provide an after-care service until they are fully established.
- We appreciate that we are building a ‘home’ for our buyer and we therefore want the move into the house to be as happy and enjoyable as possible. After all we are only as good as our last house.
