Fairfax Property completes sale of Red Hill View
Fairfax, a highly regarded niche developer in building classically beautiful luxury country homes has recently successfully completed the sales process on its most recent prestigious home, Red Hill View, Bucklebury, West Berkshire. Fairfax homes are built on mature sites and in prime areas situated in Berkshire, Wiltshire, Hampshire, West Sussex, Surrey and South Oxfordshire. Red Hill View was available as a guide price of £3m.

Fairfax Properties recruits Land Acquisitions Manager
Leading luxury country house property developer Fairfax Properties (the “Company”) operating in West Berkshire, Hampshire and South Oxfordshire has recruited Nigel Browner as Land Acquisitions Manager. Fairfax Properties has appointed Nigel to acquire premium sites to build new luxury homes following a successful 2009 when the Company completed some £9m of sales.
