Fairfax Tailor Made offers an unrivalled and comprehensive project management service. Throughout the process we work alongside all of our customers every step of the way to deliver them a bespoke service.

Working with our leading and highly experienced in-house architects, or your own, we can work with you to create or modify existing designs. In addition, we may use our rich pool of experience and our in-depth knowledge of the planning process so that we can submit or re-submit planning on your behalf to make the process seamless and hassle free.

We have direct access to all of Fairfax's in-house & associated expertise. We manage, co-ordinate and take responsibility for the vast number of suppliers, sub-contractors and specialist consultants. We know how to manage more than 30 trades to time and to dovetail these trades to work together.
