House building is becoming increasingly technical and multi-skilled. We know how to manage and co-ordinate the huge number of suppliers, subcontractors and specialist consultants involved. It is not unusual for us to manage more than 30 trades at once, ensuring that they all dovetail together and deliver what is required on time and to budget.

There is an art to creating a house, which combines the very best classical design with modern living requirements and contemporary or traditional bathrooms and kitchens. Our clients have direct access to the full extent of Fairfax’s in-house and associated expertise in all these areas.
