Our team of architects who create the plans for our Fairfax houses are available to work with you to design your perfect house or modify existing plans if required. Using our pool of experience and our in-depth knowledge of the planning process we can submit or re-submit planning on your behalf. Alternatively, if you already have a design with planning permission and wish to retain your own architect, we would be pleased to work with them.
