- In order to be successful in sourcing only the best sites and building the highest quality properties. We limit our area to that which we can service effectively.
- Broadly speaking we work outside the M25 and along the M3 and M4 corridors. Essentially, the Western Home Counties, including:-
- Our sites are in village or rural locations with good access to schools and road / rail infrastructure and near to market towns.
- International travel is available from Gatwick and Heathrow airports with London stations giving quick and easy links to Europe by train.
- Ferry travel is accessible from the south coast ports.
