• We are constantly seeking new land throughout the Western Home Counties which could be transformed into a Fairfax designed Country House.

• We will be able to exchange a contract within two weeks of receipt of the contract with a delayed completion if required.
• Ideally we require a minimum of 3 acres - 50 acres, however the marriage potential of smaller plots adjoining open countryside is often a viable alternative.
