In March 2010, 5 members of the Fairfax team abseiled from the height of 200 feet in aid of VSO. The abseil took place from the top of the Capital Tower in Waterloo, London. The brave contenders raised almost £2,000 for the charity.

3 Peaks Challenge

In 2008 Fairfax focused all of the our fundraising efforts to two national charities:

• The Ellen McArthur Trust, which takes young people aged between 8-18 sailing to help them regain their confidence, on their way to recovery from cancer, leukaemia and other serious illnesses.

• VSO, the world's leading independent, international development charity that works through volunteers to fight poverty in developing countries.

Vivace Chorus

Vivace Chorus is promoting a performance of Mahler’s 8th Symphony at the Royal Albert Hall on May 15th 2011.

Together with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the London Symphony Chorus, the London Chorus, Romsey Choral Society and the Tiffin Boys' Choir. With such an impressive collection of performers, this performance will be one of the highlights of the 2010/11 classical season in London.
