OUR COMMITMENT TO AFTERCARE

We provide a dedicated and personal aftercare service to all our buyers and clients.

At completion they are:

• supplied with the contact details of the Fairfax service team who will remain on call to provide responsive support on any technical or practical issues that may arise.
• invited to a familiarisation day, when the workings of the house are demonstrated and explained.
• presented with a comprehensive handover manual. In addition to containing the guarantees and warranties, the manual provides the owner with specialist maintenance & cleaning information, internal colour schemes, kitchen and bathroom design schemes, supplier contacts and local information.

One year after completion, the aftercare service culminates in an internal and external snagging inspection. Fairfax prides itself on the thoroughness of this inspection and, where necessary, remedial works are made good to the highest of standards.
